How AHHS uses official photography and video to document its events and public activities.
Official coverage
Event spaces may be photographed or recorded.
When an AHHS edition takes place, official photographers, videographers, media partners or accredited press may document public programme areas, speakers, activities and audience participation.
Any edition-specific accreditation, restricted areas or additional consent requirements will be communicated as part of the relevant event arrangements.
Website imagery
Illustrative images are clearly distinguished from event coverage.
Before official event photography exists, AHHS may use illustrative editorial imagery to communicate the character of the Summit. Official Gallery and archive content is reserved for identified event coverage and verified historical material.
Illustrative images are not presented as photographs of past AHHS events or as depictions of named speakers, honorees, participants or representatives.
