These terms explain the basic rules for using the AHHS website and its public participation services.
Website information
Use confirmed information as published.
AHHS publishes event, participation, nomination, volunteer, payment and organizational information as details are confirmed. Information marked as planned, upcoming or subject to announcement should not be treated as a final commitment until AHHS publishes the confirmed detail.
AHHS may correct or update website content when event arrangements, participation options or operational requirements change.
Submissions
Provide information you are entitled to submit.
When you submit a registration, nomination, volunteer application, payment receipt or other information, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for avoiding unlawful, misleading or abusive submissions.
Submitting a form does not by itself guarantee attendance, selection, recognition, volunteer placement, a partnership or another outcome. Where payment verification is required, attendance is confirmed only after AHHS completes the relevant review.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse private continuation links, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape protected records or disrupt the website and its underlying services.
Public AHHS branding, editorial content and media may not be presented in a way that falsely implies authorization, partnership, award selection or endorsement.
